Vibral is a HarpElle podcast player. The app is designed to work without a HarpElle account and to keep listening activity on your device unless a feature needs network access to fetch public podcast data, sync notifications, process app support purchases, or open an external creator-support destination you choose.
Vibral may store subscriptions, queue state, playback position, played/unplayed status, download records, transcript search index data, live alert preferences, cache preferences, settings, and recently fetched episode metadata on your device.
Vibral connects to podcast feeds and public discovery services so it can search, subscribe, refresh episodes, load artwork, and play audio or video. These services may receive standard network information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and request time.
Vibral does not require a HarpElle account for core listening. HarpElle does not sell personal information collected by Vibral.
If you contact support, HarpElle will use the information you provide to investigate and respond. Please avoid sending private podcast feeds or sensitive information unless needed for troubleshooting.
